Measurements

1Are your products really made to measure?

Indeed, at Felton Royale all our products are handmade from the start to finish with you as the customer in mind. Your designer outfit is tailored to your body shape and size. You just need to undergo our measuring process once and we will archive your profile for future use.

2Where do I input my measurements?

Once you have placed an order, you can contact us or visit our physical store, our team of fashion designers will guide every step of the way to the journey of bespoke tailoring.

3Can I measure myself with no external help?

For customers that are far away from our physical location. While using our style guide, we recommend you to ask a friend to help you to get measured. 

4Can I order for several people with different measurements?

For sure you can order for several people This service is useful for big orders such as weddings, companies or music group or sports team. However it is important to get us the accurate measurement of everyone. Not to worry our team will guide you.  

5Can I go to a tailor to get measured?

We are your tailor and it is our responsibility to get your accurate measurement for your desired garment. However, you can use our style guide to get employ the service of another professional Tailor.

6Do you Offer Standard Sizes?

We are of the opinion that our body was not meant be forced into a garment but a garments should be designed to fit into our body. Standard sizes is  not our thing.

7What if I make a mistake while getting measured?

To reduce the chances of making a mistake while getting your measurement, we ask you to work with our style guide or contact us for guidance on taking an appropriate measurement. However, we offer alteration services for minor mistakes but major mistakes would mean redesigning your garment all over again with the right measurement.

8What happens if my order does not fit?

We totally understand your concern. However, with our service the concerns of your garment not being a perfect fit for you is odd.  If against all odds, your garment does not fit your perfectly, we provide 7days return window for alterations to be made.

Fabrics

1The fabric I wanted is out of stock

If you noticed that the fabric you want to use for you garment is out of stock, please contact us to know if we can get the same or similar fabric from our supplier.

2Can I send you a fabric and you tailor my garment with it?
Yes, if you have a fabric that you want to use for your garment. Please inform us first about it and we will guide you on how to get it across to us. However, we will decide if your fabric is suitable for the specific designer wear you want to make or not.
3Can I order just fabric for Felton Royale

Yes! if you find a fabric you like on our website, you can order it as soon as possible before it goes out of stock.

Shipping or delivery

1Where do you deliver/ship to?

We ship and deliver a worldwide service.

Note: Delivery within the Netherlands cost 7.50 EUR. However, shipping to other countries may attract extra cost.

2What is your delivery time?

Our delivery time takes 15 working days to produce your garment by hand and shipping time may varies depending on your location and the courier company. We offer fast and quality made to measure clothing service.

We recommend you to order your clothes earlier in advance ahead of your event date 🙂

3Do I have to pay any additional fees to receive an order?

If you have place an order, you do not need to pay additional fee to receive your order, any additional customization based on your preference would be discussed with you first. We carry our customers along in the design process.

Note: Some countries charge fees or extra shipping costs to receive an item from overseas.

Although Felton Royale has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

4Is your shipping/packaging Ecological?

It is a continuous improvement process to keep optimizing ways to make our packaging and shipping more ecological. We are not irresponsible to use non-ecological materials for packaging your products.

 

Payment

1What type of payment method do you accept?

Pay with Paypal

We accept Paypal as a payment method. When choose to pay with Paypal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
You may still check out even without a PayPal account using other payment options.
 

Pay with Credit/Debit Card

It is possible to make payment with a credit card. The credit card companies listed above are the most commonly used credit cards on this website. Do not worry if your credit card company is not listed, we encourage you to go ahead and make the purchase.
Please note that Felton Royale does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

Pay with iDeal or Tikkie

iDeal  and Tikkie are online payment options for Netherland customers, available banks include: ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Bunq Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot.

Bank Transfer

We also accept payment via bank transfer. However, you have to request our bank information by calling the customer service.

Note: Please state your full name as well as the email address you ordered with. When we receive the bank transfer we will start the bespoke tailoring process.

Please note that bank transfers can take several days.

2How secured are your payment options?

Our payment gateway is completely safe and secured. We use an specialized provider in payments that integrates an SSL-EV encrypted credit card processor, which allows your confidential data to be transmitted securely

Doubts about the service

1Do you have a design studio/store?

Yes we do have our design studio in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. We  often advice our clients that are living nearby to visit our studio to model their garment before pickup.

Corona virus

Note: Appointment is required to visit our studio, this would help us regulate the number of visitors to ensure your safety and that of our colleagues.
