Felton Royale Bespoke Tailoring Refund Policy
At Felton Royale, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, bespoke garments that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and design. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business, and we strive to ensure that every piece is made to your exact specifications. However, we understand that there may be rare occasions when a refund or amendment is necessary. Below is our detailed refund policy:
1. Custom Orders and Bespoke Garments
Since our bespoke garments are made-to-order and tailored to your unique measurements and preferences, they are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We encourage all clients to ensure that measurements and design specifications are accurate at the time of order placement.
2. Ready-to-Wear Items
For non-custom, ready-to-wear items, we offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
Please Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange. The defective or incorrect item must be returned in its original condition.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Final sale or clearance items
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
6. Amendment
We only amend items if they do not fit or have incorrect measurement. If you need to amend an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
